Susan Lutes has lived in Rhode Island for over 20 years, with the past 12 having her in Jamestown with her 2 children. Susan loves working in real estate and it shows with her enthusiastic approach in assisting clients. Susan has been very active in the community as a former PTO vice president; a Girlscout & Cubscout leader and she helped to organize and run the Jamestown Millennium Celebration. She is currently serving as a board member for the Friends of the Jamestown Library where she heads up the sailing lecture series and chairs the Mardi Gras Ball, a very successful event she began as the major fundraiser for the library. Susan is also serving as Director of the Jamestown Christmas Pageant held on Shoreby Hill on Christmas Eve.

Susan is a member of the Jamestown Yacht Club and enjoys racing on Tuesday nights in the summer sailing series. Along with her passion for sailing, she loves kayaking, surfing, camping, hiking and scuba diving. She is very outgoing and enjoys challenging herself both personally and professionally.

Susan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Newport County Board of Realtors and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. Ms. Lutes is a licensed full-time Realtor and a Notary Public. Susan is experienced in assisting the needs of both buyers and sellers.
